Excellent observation and question Anonymous. Could it be that EV is secretely working with Satan to reap the souls of East Villagers so that even more of them will go to Hell ? Actually Citibike has actively prosecuted thieves who have unlawfully liberated their bikes which are equipped with GPS devices. So yep. get thee behind me Satan and lead me not into temptation!
