Can you send one of those over to the West Coast for a local East Villager who's not able to make it home right now?

Not until Ray goes back to U-bet.

With all due respect why buy an eggcream from Ray or anyone else when you can make your own with U-Bet, milk, and either Vintage Seltzer or a seltzer bottle? 'Seems like a waste of money.

You can make most things at home 7:47. Pizza. Hamburgers. Coffee. Chicken. Ice cream. Sushi. Pasta. Seems like a waste of money.

Why does society even bother then having restaurants or coffee houses or bars! Such wasted space.

With all do respect but you can buy beer or your own bottle of wine for fractions of a price compared to all these "restaurants" in the EV, and you csn also make your own salad (Hello Chop't), juice (Hello Liquiteria and others), bone broth (Hello Brodo), cereal (Hello Cereal Killer), shaved ice (Hello People's Pops and Snowdays, mac and cheese, coffee, tea, grilled cheese sandwich, raclette avec saucisson, and, the ones that people line-up for on weekends -- pancakes, waffles, eggs (any style), potatoes, toast, mimosa, Bloody Mary. But it's not a waste of time and money to you because it's "brunch" and the trendy thing to do and be part of. If egg cream were "discovered" or "invented" by a hipster or served by a celebrity chef, it won't be a waste of time and money.

Ray always uses Fox's U-Bet syrup, as do all authentic New York Egg Cream makers, unless they see some snarky hipster coming, then they switch to Bosco just to see if the hipsters can actually tell the difference, which they can't.

U-Bet does not make the zillions of flavrrs that are available..his u-Bet chocolate rocks and I love the coffee egg cream 2 whatever syrup it is!!Love you Ray.
