This isn't the first time the place has shuttered. In January 2020, a "closed for renovation" sign arrived a week before a for lease sign. Then the place reopened.

Was one of the first places I went to when I moved to the area. I really liked the vibe, especially in the summer time. The food, however, was awful.
I live around the corner. Went to it once. Never again. 'Nuff said.
