The new space is larger, with more room for dining (just 35 percent inside for now)... look for a few sidewalk seats as well.Hub Thai is open daily from noon to 11 p.m. The menu is here. And the phone: (212) 228-8221.
Until this past weekend, Hub Thai was at 105 Avenue A between Sixth Street and Seventh Street.
As for its new space: No. 50 had been hosting a variety of pop-ups this past year... this after Villa Cemita held forth here for five years until June 2020.

Love the plants.
The new space looks great!
I am happy for them. It's wonderful to hear especially when many other restaurants have closed for good. As a long term resident of our hood, I've been patronizing Hub for over a decade. The staff is also welcoming and professional. I must order take away very soon from here! Chicken Satay and Shrimp Rolls are calling my name.
Smart move. Get off of that crap section of Ave A
From between 6th and 7th to between 3rd and 4th on Ave A is not really an upgrade, I don't think. Between Houston and Key Foods, at least, is sketch-o-rama at night now. Hope the new space works out for them, though!
Love them, but not cool that they drilled bike racks into the sidewalk illegally (I wouldn't care normally) but they've now created a bottleneck situation on the sidewalk, between their outdoor seating, the racks and their big delivery bikes. It's a pain to walk by with two way traffic, especially if you have a dog or luggage or anything with you. Very annoying and they should bring their outdoor seatings in a few feet if they want those racks.
