11:32... As sad as Carrie bradshaws are... I never imagined them going to IHOP and living the dream at IHOP... Now it just got so much fucking worse...

Ihop sidewalk cafe, charming, uplifting, great for those power lunches, while the much needed jobs and varick street IHOP location closed nyc.
Nothing goes with heat waves quite like pancakes and delivery trucks on 14th Street.
