The Marshal took possession of the Shin Modern Nail shop…
Next door, Puebla Mexican Food at 47 First Ave. recently lost its lease…. owner Irma Marin hopes to reopen in the Essex Street Market.

Nooo!!!! I go to shin modern nail every week to get my nails done.. The people that work there so sweet and they are literally the BEST place to get a mani pedi in the east village :(
At least one of those locations was Croman-ated. Damn him.
