It's so strange how they seemed to be sprinting on this project through July and have slowed down again. Its also equally strange how there isn't more detail on the building/opening.
Speaking of that, whats the story with the gut renos at 23 Avenue B next to Cornerstone?
Architects don't even try any longer, what a fugly mess.
It's not terrible, certainly have seen worse.
It's all about cheap materials. NYC buildings of the last 15 years will all fall apart by the end of this decade.
