Sales underway for Rite Aid-adjacent condoplex on 1st Avenue



Sales began yesterday for 75 First Ave., the current foundation in the ground next to the Rite Aid at Fifth Street.

One day, it will be an 8-floor, 22-unit building like the rendering above.

looking forward to the marketing strategy by nestseekers on this one, the wrinkley banner they put up on the poppy lofts on B next to Mamas was a masterstroke.. when i want to spend $2mm, i want to see a f****** wrinkley banner, baby!

I like how the Rite-Aid doesn't have any logos in the rendering. Looks less garish and upscale.

my sides finally stopped hurting after reading the developer babble, Starchitect almost made we wet my pants. We can only assume those building this fish tank haver purchased the air rights from the Rite Aid building therefore nothing above one floor will ever be built on that lot. I hope the saps that sold those rights go paid big time.

The bigger problem is the Bike Lane. I would take 100 more overpriced condoes if they would regulate or BAN the bike lane.

2 bedroomd are Under 1,000 sq ft and about $2,000,000. I am sorry this is not SoHo, West Village, TriBECa.
