still negotiating with that spot in the east village. was hoping to have good news by today. maybe we'll post the name of the realtor for the building who seems to be holding things up for no reason, so everyone can spambard him with emails and comments. ugh, so frustrating!!

Went in last month and bought a few posters (the last Clash poster off the wall) and spoke w a great Irishman working there. Exchanged stories about the "real" NY of just a few years ago. Wish the absolute BEST to these guys - what a great place. Mr. realtor - get the deal going and done!
Wavecrest Mgmt. The building is on East 9th between 1st + 2nd Aves. Let's just say I know people. :-)
The possible relocation site is on East 9th Street between 1st + 2nd Aves. Mavecrest Mgmt is in charge of the building.
