Hey it is not a perpetual puddle, which would be an eyesore and a nuisance. It is:
A. Waterfront property
B. A future ice-skating pond for pixies
C. A watering hole for local rodents (and visiting ones)
D. A natural wonder of the EV
E. All of the above

I'm putting my money on A.
