As this was from last night, August 31st, I'd suggest the "Christmas in August" tag was appropriate, as this is clearly a discarded Santa sack. Perhaps Gruber MacDougal at ICTTSS could suggest a Santa affiliated organization that would be able to comment on this shocking development?
