Do they still have permits for this? I'm out of town at the moment and can't check but I looked a few weeks ago and it seemed like they did not.
This combined with their outward swinging door is just terrible.
Doesn't every door swing outward? I believe it's the fire code so people don't get trapped and can push their way out.
The problem is that the door swings outward - right into the only part of the sidewalk that is currently available - constant chances for collisions with pedestrians.
