There's kind of a big hole on East Third Street between Avenue B and Avenue C too... and crews are jackhammering away this evening to make repairs...

Fantastic! They're installing my new 'acai bowl in the streets' summer plaza!
There's an identical summer plaza on 1st and 13th, another on A and 13th. Guess I really underestimated the popularity of those acai bowls!
@Gojira If you make a large charitable donation to the 'Amanda Burden-Christ Cement Oasis Boondoggle Foundation' perhaps we can name our acai fall plaza after you! Think about it.
