The Stop the Noise sticker campaign on East 10th Street takes a new approach

On and off in the past few years (dating to June 2010), we've spotted stop the rooftop noise stickers and flyers along East 10th Street between Fourth Avenue and Third Avenue.

We noticed more in recent weeks… as always, pointing to presumably loud activity atop 84 E. 10th St. …

Now, the stickers have a new message...

There will likely be a different kind of noise around here soon enough. New building applications were recently filed for a 10-story, eight-unit building at the long-empty corner space on Fourth Avenue and East 10th Street.

Previously on EV Grieve:
Another flyer campaign to 'stop the rooftop noise' at 84 E. 10th St.

Well, what a nice sign that will surely stop the supposed noise up there. The East Village has always been a quiet neighborhood and I just hate the fratty frat mcfrat bros acting like they're in a place for nightlife!!!

When are they going to rezone this place to get rid of young people? I've been here since 1995 and everyone newer to the area than me is literally a homosexual crack-smoking trash person!!

I hate woo-screaming jerkstores as much as the next person who has lived here minimum 15.5 years, but could we not call women "crack whores"? THANKS

Yeah, hard to get behind such a homophobic, ignorant statement.

I would've assumed "Gay Frat Boys and Crack Whores on the Roof" was a poster advertising a new band.

There's this new club. It's called RRRFTop. It's got everything. Gay frat boys. Crack whores. Human wooo buttons. That's when a lady midget wears a red pillbox hat so you can get her drunk, hit her on the head, and she'll yell, "Wooooo!"

A stupid, ignorant sign. This is Fourth Ave, not Alphabet City. It's highly unlike the whores on the roof are doing crack. And what don't frat boys have to be happy about? They're on top of the world.

Regressives showing their true colors.

Being the person who posted these signs, I would like to point out that I did not specify the gender of the crack who're. My comments are based on years of observation and futile 311 calls.
