East Village Cheese, now with an East Village Cheese sign
Still no word on an opening date just yet here at 80 E. Seventh St. between First Avenue and Second Avenue ... but this is a good sign, so to speak.

Did they have to go with the "cheddar" yellow for their sign?
:-) I hope they do just as good w/ the cheeziz as they do with the sign. :-)
Definitely a bright and stand out sign.
I hope they don't fill up their window with signs at this location.
Don't care about the signage. Don't care if the workers show up to work in full bro attire including pastel shorts and boat shoes and with a rat-sized dog in tow. As long as I can get my bargain cheese and other goodies.
How do I get to this alternate universe where shoe repairs and cheese shops are some of my biggest concerns? #1percent. #whitepersonproblems #detachedfromreality
Hard to tell -- are they selling Cheese? and are they located in the East Village? That's some sign.
I think this is the same sign as they has on 3rd Avenue????
@ the "alternate universe" anonymous: is this your first time on ev grieve? do you not understand what this blog is about? or do you simply leave angry comments on every site you can find that posts anything slightly frivolous? #ithinkiwastrolled
@10:26, Are the "1 percent" into buying closeout cheese now? I was not aware of this. Bernie Sanders should add that to his speech.
